Design Lead/Interior Space Planner
511 Jefferson-Avon LLC
Drove extensive transformation of 1925 Dutch Colonial. Created vision through the use of 2D and 3D CAD drawings to drive project to completion. Collaborated with General Contractor, developed and maintained budget, procured materials and facilitated permits and inspections. Oversaw sub-contractors and ensured cohesive partnering between trades. Staged, project for both lease term and eventual sale.

Design Lead/Interior Space Planner
201 Second Avenue-Spring Lake LLC
Conceptualized renovation of interior and exterior of historic bungalow to take advantage of unique historical charm as well as compelling water views. Modified existing second floor space to create expansive Owner's Retreat "under the eaves". Reshaped interior layout to allow for banquet seating and bar with full lake views. Collaborated with contractors and arranged and maintained budget and flow to maximize profit of lease and investment holding value.
